At Tubby and Co, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. If your item does not meet expectations due to a manufacturing fault, we are here to help.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
This includes:

  • Faulty clasps, jump rings, or closures

  • Loose or missing stones not caused by wear and tear

  • Detaching components due to production issues

  • Significant discolouration caused by defects in the material (not exposure to chemicals)

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Fading or tarnishing due to exposure to water, sweat, perfume, lotion, sunscreen, or chemicals

  • Scratches, dents, or accidental damage

  • Broken chains caused by snagging or pulling

  • Lost items

  • Damage from improper care or storage

For gold-plated items, please note that fading over time is normal and not considered a defect.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@tubbyandco.com.au with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo or video of the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

Our team will assess the item and offer one of the following:

  • Repair (where possible)

  • Replacement of the same item

  • Store credit if the item is no longer available

Important Notes

  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

  • Warranty does not reset when an item is replaced.

  • All approved replacements are final.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
