All orders are carefully prepared and packed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Australia Shipping

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

• Free standard shipping on orders over $300 AUD

All orders include tracking.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery time varies by location:

• Standard International: 7–21 business days

• Express International: 3–10 business days

Please note: customs fees or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

14-Day Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

• Unworn items

• In original packaging

• Free from damage or signs of wear

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Exclusions (for hygiene & safety)

We cannot accept returns on:

• Earrings

• Sale items

• Custom or personalised pieces

• Gift cards

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will happily provide a replacement or refund.
