All jewellery is handmade or small-batch produced using materials like stainless steel and 18K gold plating. Slight variations may occur and are part of the charm of our pieces.

3. Orders & Payment
All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars). We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to payment issues, stock availability, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping
Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are outlined on our Shipping FAQ. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Tubby and Co is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for faulty items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings unless faulty.
