Refund Policy
We want you to love your Tubby and Co jewellery, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (order number)

Email us at hellotubbynco@gmail.com with photos and a brief explanation of the issue
Once approved, we’ll offer you the choice of a refund or exchange.
What’s Not Eligible
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless the item is faulty.
We also cannot offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or lack of care

Custom or personalised pieces
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Processing Time
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
